Medium Used: Micron Pens

In January of 2009, my husband Joe and I were married. We didn't do things like normal: We had a Pirates vs Ninja wedding, held at Ohayocon in Columbus. Yeah, we're that awesome.

When it came time for Joe and I to plan our wedding, I wanted to keep things cheap and easy. I managed the first part by doing alot of the work myself, which unfortunately didn't have the second effect. I did all the invites myself, and the lining-up made it fun since it was decorated paper. But I wanted to add my own flair to it. The easy solution: draw something for it.

By the time I did the invites, I already had the two main parts for my outfit, though I was lacking shoes and hat at the time, so I had to improvise. Joe, since he was going as a ninja, wanted to be Juriya from Naruto. We ended up ditching that idea in the end, but it worked for the invite. Thus I drew the above chibis.
