Medium Used: Photoshop 7.0

I tried to start something new this year to drum up more Rockman fan-art. Unfortunately, it fell through, since nobody was willing to try. One of the week's was to draw something for the Chinese New Year. I threw this together real quick, trying out some new brushes. The end result was actually quite nice.
