After Ohayocon '05, I saw how popular Sailor Moon artwork was, so immediatly upon returning home, I began doodling Sailor Scout artwork in preperation for Otakon '05 later that year. This was one of the first ones that came to life. I just like the idea of pale, slightly see-through dresses.
