Medium Used: Photoshop 6.0 I want to say up front that the design for Saito (Hub in America) in this picture is not mine. I was browsing through some japanese Rockman sites when I came across an oekaki with a picture of Hub had he lived. I thought it was so cool looking, I wanted to give it a try myself. And because I needed to practice drawing him, I drew Netto (Lan) in as well to show the contrast between the two. The only reason I posted it here was because I thought it was an excellent piece. The original Saito picture, drawn by Puss Puppy(I think that's either his/her name or just the name of the webpage).
