One of my oldest characters, Ro is a half shark/half man creature, who is the outcast of mer-society. He's in several of my stories, usually accompanied by Sa'ordth, the young prince of the mer-people.
I had a dickens of a time getting that background to look how I wanted. But I was so happy when I learned the trick to making those bubbles ^_^
