Age old picture of Neptune, a character concept that died almost before it was born. She was suppoused to be in my "Lifen" series, but as I went through and cleaned off all the dust in the story, I threw out characters that really didn't have much significance, and Neptune was one of them. I still kinda like the armor, though her knees frighten me.
