Lavendar
Character Background
I've always wanted Maq to have her own family, but for the longest time, I wasn't able to come up with anything good. When I started designing new armors for Maq, I ended up drawing something that, while it looked kinda like her, it also looked very different. I shrugged and forgot about it. Then when I was building this new design, I went back and decided to give Maq some 'sisters'. I immediatly thought of that drawing and used it to give this new sister not only a design, but a personality as well.
Storyline
Judging by her optimistic and cheerful attitude, you wouldn't think of Lavendar as a tough-class L-Style reploid. Only her extreme height and powerful body convey that. Lavendar was made to be strong, but not much else. Without too much in the way of intelligence, Lavendar had to lean on her sisters to help her through anything difficult.
When Berell first created her reploids, she split them all into three-person units, and they all contained one of each style (and they were all named similarly to show which group they were with). Lavendar happened to be grouped with Mango and Silver, and being the L-style reploid, was meant to be used as the front-liner. But right after escaping, Silver departed from the other two, leaving Lavendar and Mango to cope together. Eventually, Mango went her own way as well, leaving Lavendar without anyone to keep the poor girl company.
Eventually, the big girl found her way to a far-off construction site, where they were looking for strong reploids to help them build a massive floating island out on the ocean. Delighted to volunteer, Lavendar soon found herself amungst an almost all-male group. Within no time, the other reploids learned to appreciate Lavendar and treated her as an equal. The fact that she was suppoused to be labled as a maverick didn't seem to bother them (most of them couldn't even believe it, due to her passive personality).
